Conair - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE LACK OF COMMUNICATION....EVER!

I have a hair dryer, less than a year old, warranted for two years. Conair asks that you contact them before returning an item for repair/replacement under the warranty. I have written to them via their own email link numerous times. To date, I have not received even the courtesy of a response. By the way, not only do I have to pay to mail the defective item to them, they also want consumers to send $7 with the WARRANTED item to cover THEIR return postage for THEIR defective product. CONAIR does NOT stand behind their products! LOTS and LOTS of other good brands out there. Will not buy another Conair product. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company for the failure to honor the warranty. CONAIR IS HORRIBLE!

Reset button is unable now to work...have had blow dryer for 1 and a half years...received as gift so no receipt...customer service said there's nothing they can do...I guess I will not be purchasing a Conair product again...they should last longer than that and company should stand behind its customers.
