BUYER BEWARE
- - Lace frayed front; repair worsened.
- - Given a more expensive wig; by Jun 2025 lace shows through, it's shorter, dry, and color washed out; no returns.
I bought a wig from Trish and I thought I was happy with my experience. I went back a week later because I had an issue with the lace fraying in the front.
She tried to fix it but made it worse. She gave me a more expensive wig (very nice). I got that in November of 2024 and now, in June 2025, I can see through the wig to the lace and it is shorter due to breakage. It's dry and falling out.
It's not even the same color, so all the color has washed out. It looks terrible. $1600 and I did not even get 1 year (the wig she gave me was $3000 and I only got 6 months out of it). When I contacted her, she told me I was out of luck as there is a no return policy.
I have had high-end wigs last me 4+ years of daily wear.
I even bought her products to make sure it lasted. Terrible product.

I have disputed it on my credit card. The amount has been returned to my card temporarily. The company has 90 days to respond
I was offered a 100% refund if I was not satisfied with the piece when it came in. Well it was not until I returned home and examined it closely that I realized it was highlighted and did not match my hair. When I tried to return it I was told there was a no return policy but they would dye it to match for an additional $250.00. That was not satisfactory to me because it should have matched in the first place.
That is why I went to a professional. I asked her what her reputation was worth and her comment was Im not worried about that because I have a good reputation. Obviously she does not care about her customers satisfaction, or her reputation.
She only cares about the money. Shame on her!!
