Hair Club sales Consultants are shady
I went in for a consultation in early July. The sales consultant was very shady, narcissistic, and as using high pressure sales tactics to get me to look into the Bio-matrix program which is basically an overpriced wig that is glued to your head with adhesive tape. I have thinning hair and I was asking about hair transplantation. The sales consultant told me I was way too young for a transplant. He was also very rude, and very dodgy about questions being asked. He had a hairstylist measure my head because I told him that I would check out the bio-matrix system. He told me that he anted to see what type of financing that he could get me so the process could be moved further. I didn't know that I as signing a contract for the bio-matrix system to be ordered. I just thought that I was signing to see what type of financing I could get. I was never given a copy of the contract and I left the office knowing that something didn't feel right. I had cancelled the appointment for later this week and the sales consultant was extremely rude, cursed multiple times, and was threatening me that he would get his money and that I had to pay. I am pursuing legal action against the company.
Hair Club in Indianapolis, Indiana - Hairclub is a joke and a scam
I went to Hairclub to stop loosing hair and regrow hair. First of all they didn't tell me I had three days to change mi mind if I wanted to cancel the contract. When I signed the contract the charge me even more than what I had agree. They took a picture of my whole face violating my privacy rights. I am still loosing hair and I am not seeing anymore hair grow than I already had. I would not recommend it to anyone. they are just after the money their products are not good. when you try to get the hold of the office to cancel or reschedule the calls are not pick up not even the answering machine works.
I have spent about $5000. Turns out my tupee is made out of the horses tail . No wonder it's impossible to detangle or go swimming with it . They false advertise . I advice people thinking of getting it not to .
Hair Club - Mixed Fibers Review from Columbia, Maryland
Hair Club is not the Best, the quality of their hair is Poor for women. They will sell you a full lace wig for $4000 and service for 7 months and glue it to your head - it will stay for about two weeks than start to lift, the hair will tangle and is not all human hair it's mixed fibers. Stylist do not get paid lots of money and they are not the best skilled hairstylist, they are applicators who glue hair on your head and give you Basic Style please do your research because you will not get a refund or your deposit back after 3 days. Beware you will Loose messing with them
Expensive Service Review
It's a good service, good hair, they give you what you want. Just too expensive and they don't tell you what your expenses are going to be until when you need service and you'll be sentimentality compromising. That's just carelessness.
Our advice is 1. If you go to India, please first visit the factory and office of the company from which you are going to purchase the hair before and then make the payment for your requirement as scheduled by you. 2. You can enquire and discuss about the Indian...
I've been a member for 1 1/2 years. The staff is always very nice ($$$). I've had 4 hairstylists, 1 was good, but moved up to a higher position and does only newbies. He was the only one that did a good job. My 1st 6 mos cost as much as a yearly fee. The hairpiece...
Hair Club - Bad Quality Wig Review from Seattle, Washington
I went to the Washington state Hair Club in Tukwila. I spent almost $10,000.00 on a wig thats taped and glued to your head. I would have to go and have it redone every 2 weeks because the glue would detatch and have a foul odor. The wig was not in good shape. They say it will last months and you can wash it. Really they only last maybe a month. The hair falls out so easy. Plus on my wedding day i went to Hair Club to have my wig redone and styled and they told me my monthly payment of $400 a month hadnt been received when i had the receipt that i paid and they wouldnt do my hair. I had to go home before my wedding and do it myself. HairClub is ***!!!!!!! They are liars and Money Hungry!
Hair Club - Refund Review from Bellevue, Washington
I went into the hair club for men at their sunset office. After consulting with the managing director a mr.rodriquez, I paid over 3000.00. Unfortunately, my health took a turn for the worse. I tried to set up appointments to start the process, but my health would no allow it. At which time I contacted the office Iwas only able to leave a message I have received no contact from that office. At first, I wa willing to accept a partial refund. However, if this is the way clients are treated I want a full refund. I will be looking into the class action suit pending.
