Hair By Moses

I searched the internet to write a review about this guy. Moses is the head stylist at Eric Alexander Salon in the mall in Bethesda.

The entire staff is rude especially Moses, I have never seen such a rude person. I read reviews of others which mentioned these guys are rude but couldn't believe it and took a chance. Here's what happen; We booked an appointment with Moses, this guy finished with his client and the reception told him we were there, she came back and told us do you want to see another guy we said no than she went back and talked to Moses they both looked at us from distance and she came back and told us he is running behind and there was no one there. Then Moses went to break room in the back for 30 minutes with me still waiting.

Later I asked the receptionist what happen she says well he has color to do you have to wait another 30 min or so without apologizing or anything. When I told her we had an appointment that we booked just before coming here and you mentioned he was available it means he was available, anyways the response from her was oh wow looks like Moses doesn't even give *** about other peoples time. Wow!

Honestly I would never ever recommend this place to anyone, and for those who put nice comments they're just a bunch of friends or staff members so please cut the *** out. Do not waste your time or money on these rude arrogant people who has no idea and respect for others they can go F them self.

I had my hair cut by Moses. He spent no more than 10 minutes on my medium/long hair.

I told him that I was having split ends and he should make sure he trims all the ends enough to get rid of them. Guess what? After spending $75, there were still a lot of split ends remaining in my hair. During the entire 10 minutes he spent on my hair, he was completely distracted, e.g.

kept looking around and even stopped to talk to some people more than one time. This is not first time something like this has happened.

I had been going to Moses for couple of years now and have been very unsatisfied in more than one occasion (meaning that this was not just a fluke.) I will not go back again. The lesson being that if they have done a bad job once, they will do a bad job again, and it was my mistake to keep going back.
