Just nasty and they don't seem to care.
It's pretty disgusting when there is leftover water in the tub from the last person who did laundry. Called multiple times and even told the maintenance guy when he was here.
Did they fix it? No. Who knows how long that water has been sitting there or what it has in it? But there is a lot of it.
I can hear it sloshing around when I check to see if I got everything g out of the washer. And yeah I run it once before I even put my clothes in it with a disinfectant. To be honest my clothes actually felt cleaner when I went to the laundry mat which is a lil scary.
They do not maintain the machines. There could be black mold in the osp dispenser for years and they wouldn't even care.
Nothing g I can do about it as a tenant but deal with it or go to a laundry mat or wash by hand. Just gross. But I'm sure they got their own washer and dryer at home so who cares about the machines we poor folks have to use.Dont trust that it's clean.
Even if it's an upgraded machine. Itsbern used somewhere else.

Tired of getting ripped off and my time wasted
5× now had to call cos no heat in dryer. They say they fix it and it will work maybe once and no heat again next time I go to dry my.clothes.
Never get a refund from them even when they say they will it's always some lame rxcuse. Ya, they have all my info but nope never get my money back. It's not just the money I'm out on their *** machines I also have to pay to get to another lsundrymst and then pay again. It adds up and they don't seem to care cos it's not them being inconvenienced or time wasted.
Just more of the same crap.
I get that "mistakes happen" but when I'm the one who gets stuck with the consequences and it costs me money it's a mistake when it happens once but a bit insulting when it keeps happening. It seems like either way I pay and without the consideration for going both ways..

Sounds like an exhaust issue. But a cleaning brush and clean it out. Pay a little extra to have to rerouted.
