They dont delivery package 2 ur door. have access 2 deliver 2 ur door but will leve package n lobby 2 b stolen. twice ive asked them 2 leve package at ups directly across street & they ignored reque

instruct employees 2 not just leve packages n lobby 2 b stolen & 2 follow customer request. if u can leve package n lobby u can bring 2 customer door

Just wanted to share a recent experience with a carrier/delivery company. I had ordered a little garden decoration via online, the seller is Sarah Moon and the Carrier was a company called Hailify INC.

I received a notification that it was delivered at 8:44 one night last week. When I checked it wasn’t there, but they included a “proof of delivery” photo. But the thing is the photo was a google street view photo from about 3+ years ago, I know that because the grill on my porch has been gone that long and not to mention the shake in the photo is red, but my house now has blue siding. The time listed of the photo would have been sunset, but the photo is broad daylight.

So I’ve contacted the seller and the carrier. Seller says it was delivered and to contact the carrier and Hailify ignores me.

So if you have a business, avoid Liota (parent company?) and Hailify INC. They don’t have any problem with their employees keeping your belongings.

right or wrong my package was supposed to be delivered to an individual (me) and also it was supposed to be delivered to my door not my building (with over 100 tenants) lobby ,not in front of my mailbox to an individual to my door. I have packages coming of more value from this company , this irresponsible company and if I have to, I will wait outside until the mailman comes and complain to him myself about my packages. if you have a problem doing your job, let somebody else who is going to do their job deliver my packages, dont deliver my package halfway or 1/4 way or just dont do it all , i will never willingly allow companys to ship my packages thru hailify and this isnt the first complaint of this company half way delivering packages I would like my packages for to be transferred to a more reliable company who can handle packages and actually deliver them
