Insurance

I tried to call to cancel my insurance and listened to music for 18 minutes,877-922-****. Then after going through a couple different number I finally was taken care of by a very good young lady...

User's recommendation: Good insurance but they need to address there phone system.

No follow up on claim

After filing a claim, Ive not been contacted by anyone. Ive been hung up on twice in the middle of the call, and from where Im sitting it appears you people do very little work if any at all. I went from loving this company to hating it and now how Im treated. Did you hire a bunch of millennials ? Id that why Im being treated like a 2nd class citizen? Never again

Protection plan not worth anything!!!

I got the 5 years protection plan for a sectional that i brought at Haverty's. The salesman Gerald Bullock told us the this protection plan would cover the sectional for 5 years against anything that might happen to the sectional. Well we have a cat that scratched the sectional and the cushions are setting low in the sectional. I called the protection plan people and they told me that the scratches are not covered under this plan and that I should read the plan. I told her that I did not get a written plan. They had a person come out to look at the cushion and was the that the plan did not cover this either. They said that the cushion was low because it was 5 years old. This is a big waste of money.
