Unable to get through at 800 782 **** to get information on buy out option on lease
I have a 3 year lease on a Forester from Haddad Subaru in Pittsfield MA. When the lease was signed I was told that there was a buy out option which I could arrange through the dealership. The lease is over in the next few days. I had called 4 months ago and then again 1 month ago and was told that I would work the buy out through the dealership. when I called yesterday to confirm the transaction for next Monday, I was told that the dealership no longer can do this transaction and I need to call Subaru directly and that I could get the information about how to proceed. The manager said that I was given wrong information about the ability to do the buy out through him I called 800 782 **** once last night and the call did not go through, I called again today and was told to wait and then was on hold for 10 minutes although there was no wait music or notices. I called again and got the message that the call could not be completed. I am am work and have already lost about 20 minutes of work time and tied up my phone . I need a call at 917 613 ****!!
