Claim
Hi,
I have been having major difficulties making a claim. I have emailed several times, checked the email address carefully, tried to get into the portal and called customer service for help.
Nothing has worked and I haven't received any automated acknowledgments.
I am concerned that I will run out of my 30 day window to make this claim. That may have happened already... I have misplaced the packing list so I am not sure.
Here's the information I have: HBG Account number: not sure.
Name and address on account: Susan Kusel, Address: 3811 26th St N, Arlington, VA 22207 Purchase Order number: not sure ISBNs: 978143****570 Invoice number / Reference number: 7476**** Description of Damage: 1 Item, with a quantity of 1 is missing from the order. Would like a replacement for that item.

Scrambled pages in First Edition "Dark Sacred Night"
I am a big fan and have spent much time collecting all of your books. Months ago, I bought a First Edition of Dark Sacred Night at Walmart.
Due to an illness, I just started reading it this week. Beginning in chapter 33, the pages are all scrambled. They will be in order for 2 or 3 pages and the revert to 224 and then back in order 306,307,308, 245,311,248,313.....an so on. I do not expect you to do anything about this, I just thought you should know.
