Habaneros Mexican Restaurant -tri county pineapple flavored lemonade is good but margarita was small for the cost!.. felt ‘cheated’! =NO Bueno!! •Non-English-spkg waiter •Said refill of pineapple flavored lemonade is free, but then charge you for it.. = illegal ‘bait & Switch’ – [..=bating us by telling us it is free, but then Switching to charge you for it.. = illegal ‘bait & Switch’ !] •Took waiter 10-15 mins to process payment w/ help of 3 others & Mngr! this is at the habaneros at UCF in orlando, fl I go to habaneros at ucf to get orders sometimes. twice now they have messed up an order and lied to me and treated me badly for it. This location has NO ORDER no service... it's the worst place and no manager and rude incompetent LAZY immigrants running the place or not running it. I recently placed an order with them and they put the wrong meat in my fajitas. I was upset but was in a rush and driving to my destination...I couldnt go back and don't eat steak. I called them to tell them they gave me the WRONG meat and it took them TEN minutes to figure out what to do. Finally some *** spic *** said ok you can come back to get it replaced. Well by the time I got back from disney it was 11pm and they were CLOSED. i called them and no answer. so the next day i placed an order for the same thing...when i went to pick it up i explain to the rude *** spic male that they messed up my order yesterday and i was told i'd get a replacement. This idiotic spic who has been rude to me before then put on a huge front as if he was confused...he then said "i can give you 2.00 discount." i said excuse me? they OWE me a free meal...again the nasty rude *** said he can give me a 3.00 discount. I said...excuse me again...here's what happened. this horrible incompetent *** lied and said he wasnt there the day before which was a lie because i remember him being there!! in fact I think HE was the one who got on the phone to tell me i'd get a replacement. He said "well i dont know if you ate it or not." im thinking...lol wtf??? does it MATTER if it was eaten...it was the WRONG order...i said..i dont eat red meat...he had me upset riled up...arguing...yet he did it all on purpose..i said can i speak to the manager?? then he kind of smirked and said "well you can take it." almost laughing...i said i come here ALL the time..do you think im lying or something??? he said "no no im not trying to argue" still smirking...this nasty spic psychopath did all that on purpose to get mset upset furious..just to do that to a female because he's probably a sick *** who gets off on that...so these rude lazy habaneros spics purposely screw women over and upset them just to get them riled up...sick people...there is NO order in this restaurant its just total chaos...its a terrible place.. beware...

I went to habaneros to pick up an order. It had already been 15 minutes. When I went there. Ucf location in orlando, there were rude dumb lazy spics working there. They had horrible attitudes. Normally my order is ready but this time it wasn't. I kept asking them for it and kept getting bad attitudes rude. They didn't care and stared at me with blank ugly faces. I was upset as I was in a rush. They kept telling me it's two mins but really it wasn't out yet. It took another 15 mins for these lazy *** spics to bring out my food. I asked the guy for a discount. He gave me a blank ugly Look. Another guy i asked and got a blank look. It seemed they just wanted to mess with me. 30 mins for a 10 min order and nothing but more blank ugly looks from rude lazy ugly spics. Go here at your own discretion. The service is the worst with the laziest workers around
