In january i placed a order for a black ultamit parka in black 4xl the day i got the catalog and they told me it was already on back order and i would get it in feburary. Order paints in 38 get 48 shipped. Call customer service. It in Philippines. 90 million out of work and Philippines get american jobs. Get them Trump. Also never order tell now on computer. Philippines sign you up For VP PROGRAM that I never wanted

In November of 2016 I received an offer of a free leather Handbag valued at $39.95 which I would receive if I ordered from that particular mailing. The leather handbag looked nice and the description given made it sound like just what I needed. So I placed an order in amount of $58.06, plus shipping charge of $9.99. I was looking for a particular type of shirt i needed for work. I googled guayabera shirt Haband came up and went to the site and found the shirts very reasonably priced. I was able to open a credit account with them so I ordered 8 of the shirts. When they came in they were not WHITE they were tan almost a beige color. several years ago i ordered 1 set of satin sheets, i never received them.when i contacted you about this i was assured you would take care of the problem. i was then dunned for 2 sets of sheets.i called and ask for a ceo, someone told me they would take care of my problem. i next received a refund check for the amount of 2 sets of sheets. i never paid a dime so i sent the check back 3 different times. i am still receiving dunes from collecting... Ordered bedspread and matching pillow shams. Shams did not match bedspread. Sent the shams back (4) times, new shams were always wrong. Each time I had to make a new order and pay for the shams.All have been returned. Now they start charging for the returns Which I should not be charged as they sent the wrong merchandise and I have not gotten my credit for any of the (8) shams returned. Sir, Haband is a BIG Company, with tons of customers, not just you and me; therefore, you must give them time, in order to get to you. Also with a company its size, all orders are NOT sent by UPS, some by USPS. Also since it is the Holidays too, you have to allow extra time for this. If you needed the item by a certain, always order earlier, so it will arrive by the time you need it. I never have any trouble, because Haband always send a email,... Read more

I spent at least 2 months trying to figure out how to return the wrong size boots to them. I ordered a 10.5 but they sent an 11. That may not sound bad but the 10.5 was already big.
