H20 isn't working
Horrible service and i order a steamer a while back and didnt receive the second for free and i am using it for the 1st time i been super busy and it doenst work well at all.

Trying to get the machine to work
Good day the steamer does come out enough to do anything. I mean I tried to clean my deck and the steamer did absolutely nothing.
Maybe someone can assist.

I want my refund now
Yes I would like to contact them as well as of giving them the worst review ever because I finally used it and cleaning my mirror and the whole thing snaps in half just maybe 30-45 minutes ago this happened and I'm highly highly pissed because I didn't pay $157 and some change for it to break the first time I'm actually *** use it Not real happy want my money back ASAP and again I still didn't get the right one.

Defective product
They keep requesting that I send them more money to fix defective product they sent me.
I bought n paid for including extended warranty. I received a defective product.i contacted company to rectify problem and they have the nerve to tell me i need to pay them for a replacement and shipping n handling.
I will not pay for a defective product. I shouldnt have to pay for something i bought n paid for already.
