H2o Drying Solutions, LLC(Lorne James-Owner) 6021 Kenley Ln Charlotte, NC 28217-**** 803 487-**** H2O did not do their job properly. Now, we have mold issues and structural issues in the crawlspace. H2O's owner, is a liar, cheat and thief. His company did, what he called, a "water restoration" for our house after a water leak. Now, There is mold and rotted joists and buckling floors in the house. H2O will not take any responsibility for there incompetence. He makes excuses for the problems now saying that the problems have nothing to do with his work done before. There are 5 independent contractors that have told me that his work was not done correctly and that his work is the reason for the structural and mold problems that exist now. The repair work is now estimated at over $40K. Still, H2O will not stand by their work. My advice to anyone that has dealings with this company is to fire these people immediately. He will take your money without doing the job properly and laugh all the way to the bank.
