Tried multiple times to speak with customer service and each time mu cal was termjnated by the store
We bought $200.00 of products and seafood on 9/29/25. We cooked the shrimp we purchased, and apparently, they were not fresh because both my wife and I got sick. On the receipt, it says to contact customer service if you need assistance with returns; however, you cannot reach an agent as it consistently disconnects.
Preferred solution: Would like to let them know to prevent anyone else from getting sick

Hi! I bought a durian from the store, which I thought it was fresh durian, but when I got home and opened it, it turned out that it was frozen durian(it was kinda watery, and the texture is very different from the fresh durians I previously brought from the same Hmart) Since they calculated as fresh durians price, which is $12.99/lb, and the frozen durians price should be $5.99/lb, im asking for partial refund on the difference of the price.

Preferred solution: They don’t give me points, I can’t go store all the time because 3 hours way,I hope they will give me pints from picture of receipt.

The customer service number online is the same thing. I went to the store during grand opening week.
Purchased some groceries and didn't realize that I was overcharged for one product that was rang in twice. And I don't have the time to go stand and wait in a two-hour line again to be refunded for that.

Bad service at Lakewood HMart
Cashiers are rude and they do not put your groceries in bags as they should. Poor customer service at Lakewood H- Mart.
They need to be retrained on how to provide good customer service.. the cashiers do not look happy.
Theyre very rude and they do not smile at the customers.. there should be a change if they dont like their jobs

I purchased a bag of mangosteens from your Brookline store yesterday at 8 PM and today when I tried them, they were so hard to open. I thought it was just difficult, but I had to pry them open with a knife.
The entire bag is not fresh. Can I please get a refund?

Hello, I went to Tempe H Mart on 3/24 to purchase goods. When I got home, I found that two items were missing, namely KB BF BNLS S.RIB and WAGYU SIRLOIN TRT.
My cashier was Melony. The total amount spent was $266.46, and the last four digits of my account number are 0323.
Because I live in North Phoenix, which is a one-hour drive away, can I apply for a refund, or can I come over next week to pick up the two missing items?

Products bought on 20 May. There were 2 items : deep fried tofu and fish paste.
One was cooked on the same date of purchase and the second was cooked on the second date. They turned Sour.
I am very dissatisfied with non professional service. The tofu my son ate without knowledge of the meaning of sour taste got vomiting.

The Quincy MA location always run out of soap in the mans bathroom. I have complaint about 5 times and customer service are just terrible.
I had to walk around the store to locate soap after going to the bathroom. This is a sanitary issue especially we just gone thru covid.
You would think hmart would set an example in sanitation but it fails over and over again. If your staff are not washing their hand after going to the bathroom the customer can get sick.

Quincy Ma location the bathroom is constant running out of soap to wash your hand. I have complaint about 5 times.
This is sanitary issue and customer can get sick if employee do not wash their hand with soap.
Customer service are no help. They often dont respond to you.
