Purchased some leggings and a sports bra from Gymshark in store (£80s worth of sports wear !!!) both of which broke within 2 wears (terrible quality, save your money). Hole inside the seam of the leggings and sports bra zip faulty so its completely unusable.

I have then contacted customer services and complained MULTIPLE times regarding this as I live no where near a store and am unable to return them. The only response Ive had is a customer service agent asking me to continuously send a video of the faulty items and every time I do, they pass me onto a new person from customer services and I have to re-explain and send it again.

VERY clear they are trying to withhold the money for the refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID
