I ordered weight training equipment from Gym Source and was disappointed. First, the installers tried to leave without putting it all together.
It lasted two days before it broke. The cheap plastic pads broke. Gym Source assured me that I would be getting the rubber pads. After waiting two weeks the technician said they don't make the pads in rubber and replaced the broken pads with the new pads. Of course, they lasted two days.
I am stuck with equipment I can't use. And it cost a lot of money. I will never buy anything from them again.

Gym Source has the worst customer service in the industry. I purchased a Power Plate Pro 6 and they delivered a Next Generation. It took them two weeks to make it right, and there was never even an apology from company management.
