Not received my order
Placed an order and have not received it, bitterly disappointed! No updates whatsoever; I had to go out to JD Sports to get an alternative as this was a gift, which was inconvenient as I am disabled.

Shocking clothing products

I have spent nearly £400 on this order, which was intended as Christmas presents.
The lack of communication and resolution has caused significant stress and inconvenience, especially given the timing of the holiday season. I have been patient and attempted to contact your team multiple times, but my emails and messages remain ignored.
Meanwhile, I continue to receive daily promotional texts and emails encouraging me to place new orders, which only adds to my frustration.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. I expect an immediate resolution: either a prompt delivery of my order or a full refund along with compensation for the stress, the one-month delay, and the disappointment caused to myself and others expecting these presents.

Wrong address on parcel dpd told me to call you
