I need a part, a muffler for a chipper CH8 I bought from you.
I need a muffler for my chipper and no one can get it, cant talk to anyone. Ill pay money for it. This chipper is worthless without the muffler as it will ruin the engine to run it without it.

I purchased a brush mower exclusively distributed by GXI Outdoor Power. I had an issue with the muffler falling apart.
Since I had owned their product less than a year, I submitted a warranty claim. After weeks of emailing back and forth, they denied my warranty claim without a 3rd party review. If you look online at their reviews, they have done this for years with their consumers. They don't stand by their products or honor warranties.
They have a 1 start rating with the BBB. Go online and read their reviews and research them on you tube with the comments.
