I purchased a brush mower exclusively distributed by GXI Outdoor Power. I had an issue with the muffler falling apart. Since I had owned their product less than a year, I submitted a warranty claim. After weeks of emailing back and forth, they denied my warranty claim without a 3rd party review. If you look online at their reviews, they have done this for years with their consumers. They don't stand by their products or honor warranties. They have a 1 start rating with the BBB. Go online and read their reviews and research them on you tube with the comments.

User's recommendation: Do NOT buy from GXI Outdoor Power.
