I had my couch n chair done and it looked like amateur did the work
All the skirting was uneven, the chair had no back support, the cushion didn't even fit. The ribbing around everything was crooked, he didn't tie the springs correctly, that he did fix, the arms of couch one had an indent in the back. He took my stuff several times n kept for weeks and brought it back w nothing done. I took them to court, made the mistake of wanting a refund, should have asked for a remake. He tried to intimidate me and called me a ***

Shoddy workmanship
Geiz-Gwiz took my couch n chair on 10/28/21 returned it 12/10/21. They took it back on 12/10. The work was shoddy, the zippers were puckered, snags in the cushions, skirt doesn't lay flat. The chair had a horrible pucker at the top. The back cushion was cut wrong and no support for the base of your back. The bottom cushion doesn't fit the back. He insulted me, in my home, told me that I was never satisfied and unhappy person. I told him that my husband just died. I hope no one ever has this company redo their furniture. I'm going to have a different company redo my husbands chair. I had to go pick it up on 1/19/22. Took them 53 days and it still looks shoddy. They charged me $4500 and I did go inspect their work before they took my stuff. I helped my mom for many years doing cushions and redoing dinner chairs, so I'm not completely ignorant on what's good . Also the chair that I bought from big lots was better made than the one I got

You’re an idiot!! You lost in court and expect people to believe that it was shoddy workmanship?
Doesn’t sound like it to me….. just saying
