Exterimally bad experience with dealership!!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Externally bad experience with dealership !!!!!!! Not because of price but the way it all went.

I called Manager upfront day before for price and was assured to match price. I went there , spent 3 hours and at the end was told there was miscommunication and we can’t offer the same price. I was told that we are the biggest dealer in having car stock and even if they don’t have the same color car, they will arrange without charge and will give loner car till my car reaches dealership. When I asked for the same at dealership next morning , they simply denied saying we are not sure who called and why he promised like that.

They even asked me to pay transfer fee for car to get it from some other dealer ship.

I would not recommend any one to go there . I wasted half day of my life there.

Naturally there was a communication problem.

It seems that English is not your first language.

It's too cold for Honda salesmen to sell us a 2016 CRV

Gwinnett Place Honda - It's too cold for Honda salesmen to sell us a 2016 CRV

It was about 45 F, bright and sunny. We were shopping for a new car, had a list of about 12 cars we wanted to look at - one a 2016 Honda CRV - and we pulled into Gwinnett Place Honda to to look at what they had. There were no salesmen on the lot. We didn't even KNOW where to look for the car we wanted. Finally we saw a salesmen helping another customer with his shopping, asked him what was going on and he told us that it was too cold for the salesmen to come out on the lot and that we needed to to go inside the dealership to see a salesman to see a car. We had just driven 20 miles and braved the same "cold", but the salesmen could not be *** to walk 10 or 20 yards to show us where the CRVs were.

Gwinnett Place Honda must be doing real super good if they can afford to brush off customers who were willing to spend $25,000+ with them. We learned our lesson. We won't be shopping at Gwinnett Place Honda again.

In fact, we just crossed the 2016 Honda CRV off our short list. It's obvious that Honda doesn't need our business.*

Service department are crooks!

I was cheated by Gwinnett Place Honda. I went to have my A/C recharged after another mechanic had drained it to do other work.

They charged me over $500.00 and told me there was a leak and to bring it back in a couple days. I did, and they charged me over $600.00 and told me to come back next week when a specialist is in and that will cost $1,500.00. I then took my car someplace else and they said will cost $1,100.00 to fix my A/C.

I didn’t have a problem until I went into Gwinnett Place Honda, and they start charging me hundreds of dollars to keep bringing it back every few days with no results. These people are cooks and people should be made aware.

Gwinnett Place Honda - UNPROFESSIONALS!

Gwinnett Place Honda - We were greeted by Tony and he pointed out to us several cars. Finally, we test drove one vehicle.

As a savvy consumer, I called my brother and got a 2nd opinion on the price/value for this car and our opinion was in alignment - too expensive/high-mileage.

The salesman overheard me researching the value/price and said, "Listen, if you're going to be shopping around today, I don't want to waste our time." Don't shop here - Horrible customer-service skills, lack of respect, and no professionalism whatsoever, especially the Arab guy Tony.
