The service department adds charges and services that I didn't ask for

I brought my Ram 1500 in for 2 problems. The service manager also performed a 140,000 maintenance inspection. I did not ask for that nor did I approve it. They installed a new radiator for a radiator that never leaked before coming into their shop. It something needs to be done, they should have the courtesy to let the customer have a say in whether they want it done. But to install an expensive part when it's not neededed is stealing

Service on Ram 1500

Gwinnett CDJR had preformed a 60,000 mile tune-up on my wife's Ram 1500 and gone above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was good to go for our upcoming road trip. At the very end of the trip, we had a freak accident and blew out a rear axle seal (just a act of God type thing, no warning sign whatsoever) - James and John went out of their way after hours on Saturday to get me into the service bay, got to her vehicle first thing Monday, and had the problem fixed for less than they estimated by the end of the day Monday. Their service, expertise, and attitude were all top notch - cannot recommend this place enough.
