Ridiculous!!!!
- - Help only when higher-ranked staff are present.
- - Insurance was switched to a car on the lot; deal not done.
- - They waited over an hour and left.
When someone is there of higher rank the finance and sales people act as if they want to assist you. As soon as they leave it’s back to giving you the run around and having me come there over and over to sign a paper.
It was really backwards because they setup onstar already and switched my insurance over to a car that was still on the lot and the deal wasn’t done. I had to switch my insurance back to my car that I was still driving. After going back to sign another form, I sat an waited since the guy said it will only take a few minutes after that, which turned into me sitting over an hour so I left because he would’ve called to let me know what was next but never heard anything. I was ok with that because I told him they were doing too much.
I went on and got my oil changed at a local place and had a conversation about my vehicle with a man and he had a bad experience with them.
He said the same thing which was “They don’t care about people” and I saw then that they are treating others bad as well. #BADBUSINESS
- All terrible just sitting in the place makes me uncomfortable

- - Very bad experience; won't return.
- - Spent 19 hours there without buying.
- - They offered only the low end of blue book for the 2011 Acadia.
well this was a very bad experience with this dealer.. and NEVER will I EVER return to this property for anything , we bought a 2011 acadia from them last year , we traded in a 201* 300 c, we were in and out in 3 hours.
painless on that purchase and we were pleased.. but this last visit, was very painful we spent a total of 19 hours there without a purchase.. the managers and finance dept we felt did not do their best to assist us, we asked for payments that we can afford, what do they do.. bring us a payment over twice what we could afford.
neither less , only give us the lower end of blue book for our 2011 acadia that is flawless. I mean really?? to be be littled that way was very disrespectfull.
they spend all this money on commericals but cant assist with a better offer for our trade ,, I guess that's what car dealers do .. rip you off.
Chevrolet paint
- - Paint is chipping and clear coat peeling on a 2003 Silverado with low miles.
- - Dealerships gave conflicting replies about normality.
I have a 2003 Chevrolet silverado. I have very low miles and have not mis tr=

aint doing that. If that's the case why would I trade it in on a new Chevrol=
et if it was going to chip again in years. I expect a good truck with a good=
paint job and good running. What can you recommend that I do. I would like t=
o be a future customer but if Chevrolet is not going to back there trucks up=
why wouldn't I get a different brand? I can send pictures if needed. Thank=
