I have been a very regular customer of the Medina location for 6+ years never had problems with food or service for the first time yesterday I have been treated like an *** ! I ordered a super steak sub .

With a change of onions instead of chips or frys! Told be here 20:min it was an hour ! Thats not the problem! Bun was stale my dinner was cold onion rings way overcooked!

!I dont know how you people operate but this is the first time Im *** ! Contacted manager of store and he was very disrespectful of my complaint and basically said its not his problem !

Inappropriate behavior from your employee

An employee of Guys Pizza almost caused me to do something very bad today .this incident is very serious so I need you to pay attention to this complaint Your employee not just put herself & your customers lives in danger she is a liability.

I ordered 3-4 slices of pizza, Cashier: would you like something to drink?

Me:Yes a Sprite,Cashier: bottle or can?

Me: Bottle!

Then she gave me the total & just stopped & stood there as if I didn't want the Sprite,So I told her again to get my Sprite

So I told her if that is what I ordered,why she's acting like I couldn't pay for it,as if I was broke or something?

Then her manorialism became very Rude and disrespectful

She called me weird,

Using profanity, which was going to lead up to a physical altercation

Like I said before,if you choose to ignore this disrespectful little girl you are putting your company,the customers and her life in Jeopardy

She's very lucky it was me, instead someone that has nothing to lose

You guys are in one of the most hostile areas of Cleveland,and it's only a matter of time before she disrespect someone else & next time she ain't gonna be so lucky

When she gave you the total, it was time to pay. That’s why she stood there. She was going to start getting your order together after you paid.

I ordered the rest of what was left on the pan 3-4 slices,then cashier asked if I like a pop,I said yes,A Sprite, cashier asked can or bottle? I said bottle then she gave me the total before she even turned towards the cooler,then I had to tell her again that I wanted the Sprite,Then she responded in a very rude & disrespectful manor that was very inappropriate.Then she proceeded to call me names

I don't know this little girl & don't care too much about her

You could review the visual & the audio footage & choose to ignore this complaint if you like, but her rude & disrespectful behavior towards your customers will caused a Big problem for her, other customers and the Company

So I trust that you will definitely deal with this so it will never happens again
