Charged my Credit Card Twice

When I initially went there I had a great experience the hostess was pleasant, waiter was great and even the food although a bit over priced it was decent. So I look at my credit card statement after my AC trip and notice that the restaurant charged me two charges one for my meal and a second extra charge for almost $200. Now I understand mistakes happen so I call them to resolve the issue give my information to the lady who answered the phone and said the manager was in meeting and would call me back. Five hours later still no call I call back and some rude lady answers the phone named Pandora and basically says the manager Jason Chandler has big parties and cannot come to the phone cause he is the only manager on duty and he will call be back. I say I will hold for him stood on hold for an hour he never came to the phone. I call back Pandora as unprofessional as can be and lacking all types of customer training keeps saying how hes (manager) so busy and will call me tomorrow. Yes I was agitated and screaming at her at this point but instead of defusing the situation she is yelling over me. Finally she goes to try and get JASON but of course he refuses to come to the phone and she gives me his office number so I can leave a message if I like lol. I ask for his bosses number and she gave me a fake number that did not match the name she gave me. So sad that this is the type of customer service that this restaurant has cause otherwise it was a ok place. I am shocked that for the prices in this place there staff is so poorly trained on customer service. When you as a company make an error you fix it and make it a priority to do it promptly in order to leave a good impression on your customers do not continue to inconvenience them. Mistakes happen that is understandable but the poor customer service on the manager Jason Chandler and whatever Pandora does has no excuse.This company has low morale and horrible customer service. Almost 5 days later no one has called me to resolve the extra charge on my card.
