Gift card problems

This is the stupidest thing for a gift card option. Do not buy this for your employees.

I have had nothing but issues with my card and when you go to ask for help, theres no one that will contact you. You leave emails and no one responds.

I lost all my money to one merchant which I did not want and they will not reverse it. Worst customer service ever do not buy these cards for your employees or anyone.
