As a long time customer, I feel stuck.

I have a lifetime warranty yet I have zero confidence that I would ever be able to reach anyone should I need help. When they were under Harry Helmet, things were so much better.

Don’t waste your time. They don’t stand by their work and continually ignore your calls and requests.

The new manager, Costen, is clueless and passes the buck.
