I keep getting emails reminding me to sign my contract but I refuse to do so until my question is answered.
Customer service is horrible. When you do get through to someone, they say they are overwhelmed and are delayed in calling people back. But theyll pass my message along and someone should get back to me.

I have a lifetime warranty yet I have zero confidence that I would ever be able to reach anyone should I need help. When they were under Harry Helmet, things were so much better.

They have ignored my phone calls and have done nothing about the failed work. Many false promises when I have gotten in touch with the right person. Management has been replaced too many times for a reason.
The new manager, Costen, is clueless and passes the buck.
