I called guru iptv on 12th sunday 2025 at noon I was told I will get a call in 20 minutes and they will replace my iptv box by giving me a return lable but its been a week now no calls no reversal from them

It's been a while I have been talking to customer service regarding the server unavailable issue. I have done everything whatever the technical support has told nothing is working out and I was been told that they will replace the Guru iptv box .The technical support guy Mr abdullah needs to understand the customer problem n solve it n shouldn't be dragging this issue. He calls according to his convince and when I told him call after a while I never get a call back . I wait for days I call back but he is never on his desk ever this is bad service .I am expecting a good customer service I don't like to complain but I am forced to email
If there is a decision maker please contact me and solve this issue .
We purchase guru iptv believing in whatever you'll say. Will appreciate that you'll look into this matter.
