Has my order shipped?..when?..

The representative could care less..said to keep checking emails w ship date..my order has not shipped yet..and it's 5/30/24..,looks like I'm at the bottom of the ship list..even though I ordered in March...you should take the word "pissed" out of the comment section..sends a message that you have more than a few dissatisfied customers

Seeded grape vines

Why don't you offer seeded Table grape vines? When grapes are juiced, up to 75 % of the nutrients are in the seeds.

Why do you not get a couple of varieties like a seeded Concord, etc.

Dont you want us to get a healthier option? not all people want seedless shoved down our throats.

I was asking a question about how I can differentiate heirloom from hybrid offers in the catalog and he hung up! Catalog went in the trash.

I am a large home gardener and have been living through my seed catalogs, deciding whom I will order from this year, which seeds I would like to be heirloom and which hybrid. I called customer service to ask how I can tell if an offering is heirloom or hybrid.

I cant see it denoted in your catalog. The customer service rep (whose speaking skills were hard to understand) asked me for a specific item number and I said I didnt have a specific item number yet, I just needed to know how to differentiate from heirloom or hybrid. He told me I needed to have an item number so I asked if I would need to ask about 20 or so different offers individually? He hung up on me, so the catalog went in the trash.

What a shame. No good reviews here

Will not order from a catalog that does not have an index.used to buy lots of seeds from Gurneys when you could look the item up. I dont want to look through the whole catalog to find an item I need.There are other seed catalogs that have an index so thats who I order from.

Horrible value. High priced, awful quality, worse customer service

We are getting a bumper crop of fruit, but NOT FROM GURNEYS!!!

Everything they sent us was dead or dying. When we couldn't order EXACTLY what needed replaced, they charged us prohibitive shipping which ate up what we were "refunded"

We gave up and went to a local nursery and now have wonderful plants that are giving us great fruit at half the cost.

The only thing worse than their prices and quality is their customer service. Save your money and shop local - they know what will grow and we have great prices, quality, and even customer service.

Send delivery in 7 to 10 days. Waited two weeks and called to find out it hasn’t been shipped yet and probably won’t be till the end of the month. Original order was April 28 now it’ll be June

I feel a notification should have been sent to me when the delivered eight was not done. I get your advertisements every day, but no news on my order. And after years of purchasing your products, this is the first time Ive been disappointed.

Didn’t receive my seeds on promised ship fate

Ordered seeds in January and requested ship date of April 4th. They assured me that wouldnt be a problem.They only shipped part of the order and assigned new ship date of may 20th-25th for the rest. I wouldnt get them till one week after they shipped much too late for the season as I sell these at farmers markets

Horrible Experience

I placed a rather larger order in Feb. so that I could get my seeds and get a jump start on my garden.

Most of my seeds did not show up until late June. I called a few times to get this straighten out, but nothing changed. I also orders some live plants, and 1/2 of them died.

I had to go and buy all new seeds and plants, and they will not give a refund for their late and horrible service. I do not want credit with them.

I ordered and paid for plants, and they never came in. I have friends that ordered the same plants after me and they got theirs. I had to call the company to find out I would not receive my plants and the refund does not reflect the shipping.

Non-fulfillment of order

I placed an order for seed potatoes on 12/21/19 and was given an estimated shipping date of 2/25/20. As the potatoes should have been planted in March, when I did not receive them I checked, periodically, to see if they had been shipped.

The shipping date kept getting extended (March, then April, then May, then, finally, 6/1/20). I called Gurneys on 5/19/20 and was told they would, in fact, be shipped on 6/1/20 (3 months after they should have been shipped! And at the very end of the planting season in my area!).

Finally, on 5/25/20, I received an email saying that those potatoes were "currently not available", and I would not be receiving them at all. So, after stringing me along for months, I now have no potatoes to plant, and it's too late to order from any other company.
