What a horrible, horrible experience. The sales manager, James Seward, knew I had been in the business.

I let my guard down and trusted him, Josh, and Kim. Huge, epic mistake! James answered my text as Josh didn't seem to want to be bothered. Josh didn't act like he cared if he sold a car or not.

He didn't have to do much during the sale either. I had to ask him to have someone clean off the grease and oil of the interior/headliner. He also handed me the keys and said one needed a battery. That's how they prepared a preowned car?!

I'm not sure what they mean by Quality Check. They show $305.91 for labor to do just an oil change to sell it?! That's outrageous! I should have never let my guard down.

I was in a hurry. I had spent hundreds of dollars on Halloween candy, something my 78-year-old mom was looking forward to handing out. The car was dirty inside. Crumbs and dirt were in the cup holders.

The leather needed to be cleaned. It was soiled. There were crumbs and dirt in the back cargo area. I guess spending $25,000 on a used car, you don't get much done to it.

Kim Putz did the paperwork. She asked for a good review. Kim, you have to earn a good review. I never, never, and I mean never sold a car where the finance manager didn't go through the contract line by line.

She didn't do that. At all! I was charged a $299.00 Theft Prevention fee. That's where the dealer supposedly etched the glass with the VIN number.

It cost them about 20 bucks! The $245.28 documentation fee is normal, but I don't see why I was also charged a $15.00 title fee and a $22.50 registration fee. I had to pay these when I bought my license plates. I also paid $3500.00 for an extended warranty, through The Mechanic.

It has horrible reviews and may not stay in business. I emailed and called the finance manager. I wanted to cancel it by the 31st of January, before the 90 days were up. It would seem Gurley Leep holds a stake in this company.

Just what I want, to give them more money for a warranty deemed almost worthless. Anthony tried to tell my mother it was illegal to refund me the money, so I could buy a superior warranty through Ford/Lincoln Motor Company. It would only cost $50.00 more. I contacted my lawyer and was told that is a lie.

The money could be refunded to me! My trade and down payment more than paid for the extended warranty. The car only has 27,000 miles and already had to have the overhead console/ dome lights replaced. The front camera washer had tape all over it.

It constantly leaks washer fluid. That's why it was taped! I also had to do a $300.00 transmission service! No one called me, emailed me, texted me, sent a card, a letter, nothing after I bought the car.

That was something I always did. That's why I was promoted in the business. I won accolades and awards. They are nothing like that here.

I'm sick over the whole worthless warranty. I guess I'll have to take a loss to get a warranty that'll actually pay for things or just trade the car in and take a huge loss. I was hoping they would just redo the paperwork and sell me a Ford/Lincoln warranty through their Lincoln dealer. They got my loan money that's all they cared about.

I should have kept my old car. This was supposed to be an extravagant gift to myself. I'm paying for it! I had paid cash for my last few cars.

I now remember why I was so different when I was in the business. I knew better than to trust Gurley Leep. 1.7 Stars on Yelp. Buyer Beware.

I'm here to help others not experience this. I feel used and abused.

Regretfully! Zero stars.
