Car severely scratched
Dropped my car off to have the sunroof leak repaired and parking sensor replaced. They replaced the sensor and replaced the seal around the sunroof, when I received my car back there where deep scratches in the paint on the roof, looks as id the glass was set on top on the car and the metal framing around the glass was slide around the roof causing these scratches, I mentioned this to my service advisor, he proceeded to tell me he dont know how that would of happened and out of good will they will buff it, now I have been in the automotive body repair and paint for 20yrs and it is common knowledge that if a scratch can catch your finger nail, it can not be buffed out. It have to be repaired. Not to mention the seal around the glass was leaking even worse than it was before repair. I also mentioned that. I dropped my car back off, three days later it was said that it was repaired. Not only that, but I was told that the roof does not leak(calling me a liar basically) and the scratches were repaired, when I received my car back the scratches are still there. I can assume the roof still leaks. Oh, and the parking sensor was not paint matched to the car like the others. That I'm fine with. I only want Gurley Leep Honda to repair my car back to the way it was when I dropped it off. Scratch free.
