Poor Customer Service

Just had the worst customer service experience that Ive ever had dealing with a dealership.
I went with my daughter-in-law to pick her car up (Chrysler Van) was struck by lightning and we spoke with the the senior tech Tim, who, during the conversation contradicted himself numerous times, did not admit to items that was shown on the work order tickets, said Chrysler vehicle now a days burns oiltold us that the insurance should have total the car that was struck with lightning and it will have numerous issues with that vehicle.
However, when we bring it in for an issue, he says its not due to lightning. we asked to speak with his boss who, by the way, would not give us his name and walks in and says, is this what I really got called off my lunch for !!! (DAVE) instead of asking to sit down with us to discuss the issue he claims senior management told him to take care of it so I asked to speak to senior management. I go in the front lobby one person tells us hes at lunch.
Then the service manger (DAVE) comes in and says hes not, but he doesnt want to talk to us so he was sitting in the office telling a lie instead of dealing with our customer issue.
However, Jason, who is a sales representative there was super nice, offered me a drink while waiting to speak with the senior management. Only man in this building didnt know what customer service is.
I was threatened they would call the police on me.
So long as you dont have an issue, then that might be your place to go but if you have an issue with your service or anything, then youre not allowed to talk to senior management about it, they dont want to deal with that, they just want you to come spend your money and go about your business !
