AI called volkswagaon road service and a man came and said He get's calls when your to busy, They would not let me email the invoice, I have no printer, so I had to send to my bank as they needed a copy mailed from me.

They were extremely hostile. The bill was for $70 dollars. I sent it a month ago, and still have heard nothing from them or have got paid back. I am so upset with how I get treated and taken advantage of with where I leased this car, which I cannot afford.
