Gunther Mazda

Worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I was pressured to buy a vehicle from Mazda.

I got a car I did not like. I went back to see if I could trade the car for another model. The sales guy Leighton rolled his eyes at me and blew his breath. His manager Mike came out and said I have an attitude because I would not smile at him.

1st Mike says, oh I will call the owner of the dealership and see what I can do, then he comes back to me with figures written down on a paper. Mike told me I would have to make a down payment if I wanted another model. I told Mike they never asked me for a down payment, so I was not sure why he would ask me for a down payment. Mike became upset.

Raised his voice at me and began to walk away. So I raised my voice as well, I told Mike, I was sitting here speaking with you and being nice. Now you are raising your voice at me. Mike says oh, I will see if we paid off you car, if we did there is nothing we can do.

The car was not paid off. He lied and said it was. Mike huffed and puffed at me continued to raise his voice and said oh there is nothing I can do for you. Mile is a liar.

Leighton is a liar. They begged and pressured me to get a car I do not want. I just wanted my car back and the transaction reversed. My mom has sent the dealership alot of leads.

And Mike had the nerve to raise his voice and speak down to me. I will never buy another car from this dealership. Stay away from this place that are scammers who want people to give huge down payments.

If you dont they treat you like crap. And they love to be rude and yell at women.

Purchased my 2021 CX5 from Gunther Mazda. Sales team was very nice.

However, the service department has been completely incompetent. Took it in for the schedule complimentary oil changes you get for 3 years with a new purchase They put in the wrong oil in my car on both occasions. The second time I even tried telling Teri to please be sure they use the correct oil and she dismissed me.

They do not do the maintenance to the Mazda manual. I marked my tires with a sharpe and they did not do the proper cross tire rotation per the guidelines of the owners manual.

BEWARE. the service people at Gunther Mazda was neither professional nor honest.

they inflate costs, claim you need parts you don't and if they don't like you challenging them the cowardly service Manager Mike yonich will have one of his minions tell you they won't service your car even though it's under warranty. thoroughly disgusting and one can wonder why they are even allowed to refuse to service a warranted Mazda.

and font think being a loyal customer makes any difference. this, in fact, is the kind of treatment you can expect even after being a long term customer 1997 in my case.

Gunther Mazda dealer fee ripoff...stay away from this place.

They overcharge by thousands of dollars. Gunther slaps a

$600 add. for profit "dealer fee". They want $14,000 for a

2006 Mazda 3. When you ask them why, they say "we are here to

sell cars"! Their attitude will make you RUN out of that

place. Major ripoff bad attitude dealership. I offered

$12,500 per Edmunds, Nada, and other consumer sites. This was fair, and Gunther would make a good profit. Gunther gives new meaning to the word GREED. They never did provide

explanation for $600 fee, and refused to remove it.
