Can’t access my account
I tried to login to my account that was bound with twitter. I get an error message about a security token that is missing.
My Lord name is BigDog in kingdom 377. My last purchase for for 99 cents a few days ago but as of 4 pm this afternoon I cant log in.

Cancel my subscription
I canceled my subscription and got charged i dont want it anymore i want my money back I don't want that subscription it helped to a point and now I want it off I tried it for a month and didn't like it I canceled it and I still got charged for it and I am still trying to figure that out please help me

Frozen farms
I was told my accounts would be unfrozen. Only 7 of them have become playable again.
Please help!!
I played for many hours the last 2 days on all my farms for the charm event. I had my farms in the alliance mine farming resources for this event. Maybe this is what triggered the account freeze. I spend a lot of money on this game and without these farms supporting me, it's no longer feasible for me to play.
I put in another ticket and now it's saying that there was suspicious behavior and that my farms won't be unfrozen.
I do not use a bot, i do not sell rss. I simply use my farms about once a month to earn horns for gold beasts and to do certain events. I play everything myself, no help.
42 farms. I spend a lot of money on my main account and look to my farms for the extra support.
I need someone to further review to see that there is nothing suspicious and unfreeze my accounts please.
