Need to give you my FFL and I’m trying to buy a gun from you and having issues online
First customer service agent about a month ago told me the rifle had been sold was no longer in stock. I saw it advertised on guns international just a couple days ago made a phone call found out it was there and purchased it but the first person I deal with the last time I called in, was it helpful at all? The last guy that I got was very helpful

Still looking for an acceptable resolution from Guns.com. The period of time to return the firearm has expired.
So the only resolution now is to accept a coupon for discount on an additional purchase from them.
The value of the coupon is less than 1/10th the value of their advertising error. I don't feel asking a customer to bear the majority of their error is correct.
I purchased the following SKU/UPC, which was advertised via pictures and description to include a stainless barrel and TACSTAR carbon fiber arm guard. The firearm I received had neither.
After requesting the correct parts, guns.com stated it was a simple advertising error and there is nothing they could do. SKU: RST17ST UPC: 819511****40 Order #119****

Ammo purchase
This company is great, it was my mistake.
I dialed the wrong number. Thinking I was calling customer service.
I spoke to customer service since then and they were on point.
I definitely recommend this company as I will be making future purchases.

It was my mistake, I was never pissed off, I picked the wrong number.
I meant to select customer service and picked the complaint number by mistake.
I since then spoke with customer service and they were on point.

Unsatisfied Customer
I placed an order which and online it states the firearmis legal in DE. I called and it was confirmed that it is legal in DE.
When it got here I was told it's not and I have to pay a restocking fee and shipping fees. The firearm is advertised as a Bulpup pistol but it is an AK47. When i told them what happened they said they see the website, heard the recorded call of me and the agent but i should have checked it out myself and knew my laws. My question is at what time does the dealer not have to know the laws for the states that they are shioping to.
They did not offer a resolution or a refund. I really lost my confidence in them and online shopping.

Trying to buy something
Don't know what this is about. So far, in my communications with Guns.com, everyone I've spoken with has been extremely supportive and helpful. Haven't found what I am looking for yet.
I hope to find it with Guns.com.
The fact that you're concerned about no rating is really great customer service.
