Insurance Fraud with Lakeside MRI CRIME RING
I have never been treated so poorly before. These scammers don't care, they are still sending me bills and keep charging my insurance when they forced me to speak to a PSYCHIATRIST BEFORE I COULD BE PRESCRIBED PAIN MEDICATION ITS INHUMANE HOW THEY JUST DROPPED ME, IGNORED ALL MY CALLS, VOICEMAILS AND EMAILS AND DR GATOYA SIMPSON NEEDS TO LOSE HER LICENSE TO PRACTICE MEDICINE ALONG WITH DR DANIELA STEPHENS FROM VILLAGE MEDICAL WHO REFERRED ME.
THEY ARE ALL ILLEGAL AND NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. I ALSO PLAN ON GOING TO LOCAL ABC NEWS AND PUBLICLY SHAMING THEM FOR DISRESPECTFUL AND DISREGARDING ME AND MY MEDICAL CONCERNS. They treated me like a low down dirty drug seeker and gave me unnecessary *** test which they are sending me bills for!!! They are also charging me for the office visit which should be waived since they dropped me with no notice and no reason and I haven't been able to get an MRI OVER 7 MONTHS AND I COULD HAVE DIED!!
I WANT TO DO A LIVE INTERVIEW AS WELL. THESE LIARS AND HACKS NEED TO GO TO JAIL. I WILL NOT STIP UNTIL I GET SIMPSON AND STEVENS DISBARRED FROM PRACICING MEDICINE. THEY BOTH TRIED TO LIE ON ME AND MAKE ME LOOK CRAZY AND NO OTHER DOCTOR SINCE THEM HAS TOLD ME IM DEPRESSED.
THEY ARE THE LOWEST TYPE OF *** DISCRIMINATION AND BIAS HAS NO PLACE IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. AS BLACK WOMEN THEY NEED TO BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES I WILL NEVER TRUST ANOTHER BLACK FEMALE DOCTOR IN MY LIFE! I DINT WANT TO GO TO THEM, AS SOON AS I HEARD GATOYAS NAME I DIDNT WANT TO SEE HER AND OF COURSE SHE PROVED ME RIGHT!
CANT TRUST EM! I've already filed grievance with MEDICAID AND MEDICARE.
