Purchase of a Robe for someone in hospital that couldn’t try it on.
- - They focus on pennies and miss bigger earnings.
- - Partner in hospital, so I couldn't test the robe; it drowned her, and the return blocked an exchange.
They are so busy saving pennies that they fail to make thousands of pounds.
My partner was in hospital so couldnt try the robe I purchase for her to the recommended size. When she did t try it the robe drowned her and because wed missed the return deadline we couldnt exchange for the same product in a smaller size despite the ordered one not even being true on as I have that size in that design.
