-5 is what they Deserve.I took my Motif xf6 (yea,the one on the pic)to this Sac.store to trade it for a Old 88 key Korg Triton Extreme they had for $899."Dave"was the salesman at 7:30 pm.He never even turned the Motif on and said it worth maybe $1,300. and if i wanted the Korg i would have to give him another $90. and my Keyboard.Wait!! #1 i know the Motif is Supreme vs Triton.I was showing a friend why NOT to do Business here.He didn't believe... I used to think they were a good store. They lie when they need to no matter if you are s good customer or not. Even the owner of the equipment company that sells high end recording gear and is manufacture said what they told me was bullcrap. I guess that's why their ratings are so low. Screw them n God bless them to!

I bought an epiphone les paul traditional pro II because it was on sale $319 instead of $499.so I buy the guitar on line immediately on the 11/28. It was supposed to be delivered 2 or 3 days after. a couple hours after i receive a mail saying it s back order so i have to wait 5 to 7 days. after 11 days i call to find out what s going on , they told me well we don t have the guitar so we need to find it somewhere else . we cancel your order and... Yesterday, i brought my husband to the store in Kendall, Fl to purchase the Line 6 Helix and, either the Bose Compact system or the JBL Eon One system. He wanted to do an AB test of the two systems which were in the speaker room, side by side (the JBL was simply not plugged in). I took two instruments in for restringing. First I called Guitar Center in League City, TX who told me to bring the instruments in. When I arrived they told me the technician would be out for two weeks on vacation. I then took the instruments to Guitar Center in Pasadena, TX. They told me the technician would be in on Thursday. Very disapointed with service asked a simple question because i needed help about a product! And the guy behind the counter seemed like i was bothering him for help! And i was going to literally buy 2 guitars from him! I would rather burn my money in a trash can rather buy anything from them! Greetings! I fairly recently took a classical guitar to be repaired tuned up at the Guitar Center location off Shelbyville Road in Louisville, KY. I had been in the V.A. Bought a used Guild 12-string that appeared to be in great shape but which turned out to be missing the bridge plate, something only visible with the strings off and with a mirror to see inside the guitar. After several days and three phone calls to the N.
