i played the game yesterday but today the game decided i needed to change my password. I doing that i was not able to log onto game many tickets later an God Awful support on this matter.
I will attempt for a full refund of monies. i had to put one star to write this review but they do not deserve any stars the service is horrible. I will find it difficult to recommend this company to anyone.
In the way i have been treated. Unprofessional is being too kind to describe the service i received.

Log in issues. The game thinks they are always right and nothing is wrong.
The game doesn't work correctly and they are unable to fix it. It is in this customer's best opinion that the general public should avoid this game and future games of ArenaNet due to the god-awful service you will receive.

A simple email.
I've lost my phone a while back and was trying to log into my account, but couldn't get past the authenticator. Thankfully they helped me and changed the authenticator to email rather than phone number, and I was able to log in. I'm grateful, now I can get back to my characters of 5 years of wonderful playtime.

upgraded computer and when logging in asks for authentication # but changed phones and 918933**** is dead. new number is 918495****
