Something is wrong with my student reimbursement
I need to speak to someone about my reimbursement ..they say they couldnt reimburse for the Gil amount because of my books but I didnt need my books and I was reimbursed by Thomas Nelson and also when I switch over I didnt need no books

This is my first experience with this company. Apparently Im not the only one having these effects. Long hold times, no one seems to be able to help you with your concerns or accounts, it has to be sent to another team. I have been trying to get resolution since Jan, its now March. No one calls you back and continued to send the same email responses. When you do get to a live person they say they have to review your case and youll never hear from them again. My account has been accepted to be paid since January, my university let me know this is a constant problem and about 20 students have been affected. User's recommendation: Absolutely not
This company is awful!!! I cannot understand why any organization would connect with this company. Totally embarrasing!
This business is a joke! You advertise to several reputable businesses and get them on board and then their employees get screwed by your unprofessionalism.
