AI Highlights
  • - Customer service prompts offer irrelevant options; no live agent.
  • - Voicemail and missed connections hinder addressing staffing and care concerns.

Well, I called the customer service number provided to only receive a 5 category option prompt to select from, none of which were remotely close to the reason why I was calling and only specific to locating a school for new enrollments and military families. This further goes to show that they could care less about customer service when it comes to parents that have concerns and frustrations about how their child is being cared for in their facilities.

With an organization this large and worldwide, there should be a DEDICATED customer complaint/concern phone number that we are able to ACTUALLY SPEAK to a human being with our legitimate concerns on how their facilities are caring (or in our case, not caring) for our children that we trust in their care. We selected the Guidepost Montessori school because of what the companies mission, values, and approach is to child development in the early stages of life but to date, its almost as if the facility that we send our 1 year old too is going out of their way to doing everything in the handbook completely backwards. From lack of staff that has resulted in hiring unqualified people to properly care for the children, poor cleanliness of the children, lack of attention to childrens individual needs, effective communication, extremely poor leadership at best, and all around unprepared and highly disorganized. I have called a different number listed on their website but once again, no one not only did not answer the phone, but their wasnt even a selection of choices to choose from to connect my call.

It rang 3 times and went to voicemail, so I left a specific and detailed voicemail with a direct request to speak to a member in a larger leadership capacity to discuss my concerns.

I also explained that if they call back and my phone doesnt recognize the number calling from it will send them directly to voicemail, so please leave a detailed message with who I can call back and a direct number to reach that person so we do not play a phone tag game. I am hoping I will receive a call back today, but given the fact that it is difficult to get someone on the phone for simple customer service questions, I will be shocked if I receive a call back regarding this matter.

Loss:
$2500
Cons:
  • Pretty much everything

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Don’t drink the Cool-Aid on their promises…. Especially if it is a new facility without a proven track record of success at their location.
