Guest services have sent me a letter to take down the review or they will take action against me. I spent $4,000 on the understanding that the advertisement booklets were to be distributed to around 10,000 homes i called the company who was distributing the advertisement booklets and they said they would be lucky to distribute anything.
I was also told that i would be only Architecture company in the advertising leaflet but the advertisement shows 2 other firms.
I have had not one referral and do not expect anything from their incompetence. For $4,000 i would expect at least one lead by now.

Unconscionable conduct
- - Charged $4k for an ad.
- - Four months later, nothing happened.
- - No contract; refund denied; they plan to move my ad to a faraway agency.
Guest Services approached my business to pay $4k for an add in a local Real Estate Agents brochure. They debited $4k from my account and 4 months later nothing happened.
Upon further enquiry the Real Estate Agent had never signed and literally told Guest services they did not want to use their services. So they signed me up with no contract in place from the agent.
They refuse to refund my monies and now are TRYING to get another agency MILES away from my business to sign up and my add will go in their brochure. THEY ARE SCOUNDRALS and FRAUDULENT.

The company in australia took my money for advertising and have not delivered . I am taking them to consumer affairs and also i have lodged a complaint with the qld court .
They fail to provide a refund or resolution and are a fraud of a company .
I can tell you they have ripped off the wrong person with me and will know about it by the time im finished with them . They will be nothing by the time im done with them and will all be in jail.

I am not sure what their premise is for selling advertising. However if you want an alliance with a company and in particular a sales person that is rude, and disagreeable then moving forward this is the service for you.

Yes same exact same thing happened to me. $4,000 of a wasted investment.
Have not delivered at all and hide behind a contract which is one sided. Do not waste you time or money with this company.
