I agree..I thought I was buying a premium brand that would last. Not so, 6 months in and the edges of the handles were fraying. I sent photos to the website - no response. Two months later the handles are now split and hurt my arm if I hang the bag from my arm. Still, no response. Do yourself a favor - buy a cheap Chinese knock off...it will last longer! !

Will never order from Guess ever again!!! I order myself 3 bags, on 12/31/16 . NEVER RECIEVED THEM!! They have me the run around about my items talking about ups had it i called ups myself and ups had no clue what i was talking about .
