- - 15% off signup coupons do not work.
- - The 15% coupon link also does not work.
- - Support via phone, email, and chat had no response after 24 hours.
I found a watch that I wanted to gift my wife on her birthday on guesswatches website. Guesswatches website is promoting 15% off on your first order when you sign up for newsletter, I did that and received a coupon code which never works for any of the watches.
They even sent the link of the watch I wanted with 15% coupon code, that does not work either. I contacted support by calling them, the lady said it should work, then it never worked. Then I sent email to support team, no response and it's been more than 24 hours.
I started a chat, they said agent will come, none of the contact method works. Very very disappointed by this website and quality of service they provide.
