Bought them for use with chicken fajitas. They don't roll, they just break. Absolutely terrible, don't waste your money.

More than half of the tortillas are broken into pieces we end up throwing most of them away

Guerrero Tortillas - More than half of the tortillas are broken into pieces we end up...

We started eating Guerrero tortillas more because my father in law (who has passed) used to tell us how good and high quality these tortillas used to be, we tried them and yes they were good but since about 3 years ago their product now breaks in pieces you cant do nothing with that we switched to Romero.

Quality and value of the product (corn tortilla)

For some time now (over 3 years) in each corn tortilla package, there are from 1 to 4 tortillas that cannot be used because they are either broken or in such bad condition that they cannot be used. It is because they are being packed while still hot and the steam has spoiled these tortillas.

I imagine it must be because I want to make the operation faster and not wait for the tortillas to cool down enough before packing them. It's been two times now that I communicate this to the company, but obviously, they are not interested in the quality control of their product. It could be because they believe that Americans don't know about tortillas and tolerate them, but what about all of us Latinos who buy their products? I have even been thinking about a possible class action.

We consume an average of one to two packets per week. Doing some basic calculations, these are the number of tortillas that we have paid for but that we have to throw away because we are useless; 3 years times 52 weeks times 2.5 tortillas (average) is equal to 130 tortillas.

When paying for 30 tortillas, I expect to be able to use all 30 torilla. It is evident that it does not only happen to us.
