Resolved: NO customer service replies to questions, perfume...

NO customer service replies to questions, perfume not the same as I used many years since the year 2000. Very disappointed and disturbed by this Guerlain website.

160.00 bottle of L'Instant eau de perfume and this one is different bottle and nothing nothing like the older one. Website does not explain the difference in the same name of the perfume, but different completely different, smells like cheap eau de toilette kind not like original. No replies to my email on the form for Guerlain, and three phone calls. Spoke with someone originally in Feb., after opening it and said would call me back - never did three times.

Have in dispute.

I just would be happy if they would have just talked to me and explained that it was two kinds same name and I would have requested they resend the new one with the other one older. But that never happened, so I put in a dispute for the 160.50.
