They don't honour their warranty or reply to customers

I was refused warranty service for my brakes. Told I didn't service them often enough. I bring my car to Mazda for every service indicated. They refused to tell me what I have to do to stay on schedule. They only called me to tell me it's not covered after I dropped the car off and take the shuttle home. When I told them I will not pay for service that's not covered they hung up on me with no shuttle ride back to retrieve my car. I contacted Mazda Canada who simply re-iterated what was said by the dealer and completely ignored the rudeness and fact that I was left to pay for an uber to retrieve my car. This reply was by email a week after I called them and was told to expect a call back. They never called back. This is the first and only warranty claim I had ever made.

What kind of service did you need on your brakes? What kind of warranty did you have?

The basic? The extents service warranty?
