So I did not hear from a corporate manager. When I paid off my loan the bank person told me the lien would be removed in 24 hours.
One week later and still not removed I went and spoke to the location Manager. She did some pecking on the computer and told me it takes 72 hours for the loan to be removed. One week after that, and still no lien removal and after writing to pissedconsumer.com I heard from the lien Manager, Tash Brown, by phone that it takes ten days plus 72 hours to get the lien removed. Girls need to get their stories straight.
She said it should be done by Friday. Yeah, right.
Maybe.
Each person I talked to had two expressions that they used often: "unfortunately" and "I'm sorry." Well they are polite but I go to a bank for what I consider pretty standard things. At Guardians Credit Union "misstatements" and lack of service are their standard.

- - The call hangs up.
For the past 2 days I have been attempting to contact the credit union by phone but it is impossibile to get a live person on the phone. Q serve never works it asks you your account number several times and then hangs up on you. Customer service from you is no assistance.
