I went to Guardian Prangin Mall in Penang and was attended by a very rude malay lady ( wear hijab ). A facing customer business should take a serious look at your customer service.

You may think that your prescriptions are covered by your insurance and that you only may have a co-pay but they charge an additional fee to repackage your prescriptions. How about $237.90 a month just for that. There is nothing you can do because you are forced to use Guardian. Look into this before signing a contract with them. This pharmacist treats me like a piece of *** and goes out of her way to do it and im wheelchair bound

Recently moved and Moonee beach is my nearest pharmacy. All three occasions, meds weren't available and have to be ordered. I walked, I have a chronic illness and u would think a chemist with a business sense should be keen to get me clawed in.

My elderly parents live in senior residence and have signed up to have their prescriptions delivered by Guardian pharmacy to a store inside the facility. They also signed up for automatic payment through a credit card. While Guardian does charge the credit card immediately, they also send a bill with a list of prescriptions and their costs.
