Consumers Beware When using this mortgage company
Our family had a dreadful experience with Stacia Timbrook. I encourage others to please be careful when working with this loan officer. She is very dishonest, modifies fees without your knowledge or consent, and uses delay tactics to charge rate lock extension fees.

Preferred solution: I would like to make other first time homebuyers aware of their deceptive lending practices. Please do not make the same mistake that we did. I would recommend using someone local that you have a good rapport with.
